The fish presented at the entrence were as fresh as possible. skin and eyes shining, firm to touch. we chose a large sea bass to share between the two of us. it was prepared on the grill, with olove oil, sea salt and a touch of chives and rosmarin. the very professional waiter recomanded a very nice local wine and filleted the fish for us at the table. The meal was not cheap - but it was perfect!! highly recommended.
