“Outstanding Service”
Reviewed July 3, 2013

The hotel was conveniently located for accessing Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. For my wife and me it was the outstanding service that causes us to give the Trogir Palace a five. We were having trouble with our return flight reservations. The person at the front desk put us in touch with Croatia Air at the airport and we were able to get everything straightened out. She also noted that we were leaving early for our flight and would miss breakfast, so she had a take-out meal of juice, yogurt, apple and sandwich prepared for us when we checked out.

We stayed here for one night as part of a bus tour of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia Herzegovina. This is a nice hotel, but could be nicer.
Our room was well designed, with a balcony and a bathroom separated from the bedroom by a small corridor. This was a good arrangement, as it gave more privacy. However, housekeeping standards were sloppy. Our room was not very clean, with dust on surfaces. The curtains smelt very dusty and needed a good wash. The beds were very comfortable, but the pillows smelled of dust. The bathroom was large, with a good shower over the bath, but surfaces were a tad grimy.
Also, we were bothered by noise, street noise, traffic noise and planes taking off (Split airport is close by). I suggest you bring earplugs to ensure a restful night. Dust never sleeps!
We experienced internet problems. The wi fi kept dropping out then stopped working for a while, although this was quite quickly resolved by staff.
Breakfast buffet was nothing special but adequate.
With closer attention to detail, this could be a very good hotel.

This hotel was in a great location for visiting the old town. We had a lovely premium room with a seperate living room and balcony which was very clean and spacious. The hotel had a slightly deserted feel about it but it was very well maintained and less than 10 min walk to the old town and harbour area. The breakfast in the morning was of buffet style and there was a good selection to choose from.

My friend and I , who have shared many twin rooms, really appreciated the spacious design of this one which offered separate areas for each bed as well as somewhat detached or separate access to the modern washroom. In other words, instead of one door directly from the room to the toilet, there were two doors, with a tiny hallway in between which again, gave it a more spacious feel. Nice balcony. Immaculate polished wood floors. Helpful staff. Very short, pleasant walk, across a bridge to the old town and to the bus station. As well, very convenient to Split airport where we returned a rental car and from which we took a bus into Split to tour there for the day. Subsequently, with significant searching and some luck, we managed to find the ferry at the Split harbour to take back to Trogir, instead of a bus. Breakfast not gourmet but quite adequate.

Room Tip: We got a peak at the brand new suite which I'd recommend if you want to splash out.

Just located a 10 minute walk over the bridge to the UNESCO listed old Venetian town of Trogir. Short distance from Split airport. Comfortable rooms if somewhat compact. Rooms with beautiful views to waterfront and/or old town are best. Most rooms appear to have balconies.
Breakfast basic but adequate. Good place for base also to visit Split and Dubruvnik. Relatively new Hotel so facilities in nice shape. Appeared well maintained. Staff we had contact with were all efficient and friendly. Recommended hotel as base for visiting the Dalmation Coast of Croatia.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the marina and old town are very nice

Situated close to the old town centre, a 10 min walk, very good 3 to 4 star hotel. Friendly receptionist on duty on our arrival, good sized rooms, free wifi, clean and very presentable bathroom, a good place to stay. Breakfast was just average by our recent standards, enjoyed the meal in the hotel restaurant at night. Able to park car off the street and is a hotel I could happily recommend. We would return.

Stayed for just under a week whilst on buisness.

I found all aspects of the hotel exceeded what I was expecting. Staff where very helpful

Rooms - very clean. Modern cable TV. Towels in the bathroom are thinner than those seen in European hotels but are fine.

The beds are comfortable

I stayed in room 303 which had a sitting room, with second TV and a balcony. Views where nice. Balcony caught the sun and was nice to sit out on.

Food. I only had two evening meals there. Quality was ok.

WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

I enjoyed the town and the hotel to the extent I am going to see about going there with my family, staying in the same hotl.
