Bungalows were quite dirty with ants all over but OK I could live with that since I didn’t expect much, what terrified me the most is the staff. I have never seen more unprofessional and more rude hotel staff in my life. Staring with the main lady (not the two girls that where actually done cleaning) that was in charge for tiding up till the reception staff.

We also had very unpleasant experience with receptionist Mirjana, we asked for an explanation of a bill and we got answer that it will be the best if we can avoid coming at Hoteli Imperijal in the future.

Although we made an official compliant we didn’t even got an apologies for such a behavior of receptionist Mirjana, since this is a government owned hotel I spouse nothing will be changed their till some private investor buys them.More
