This is a wonderful, family-run inn, just a few kilometers from one of the two entrances to the Plitvice Lakes National park. Very comfortable, great breakfasts, and more importantly, since there are not too many good options elsewhere, great dinners. This is so much better than staying in one of the large park hotels. The family is friendly and helpful. Another point for those venturing to the Plitvice Lakes. They are beautiful. Give yourself two days to see them. One day you can see the upper lakes and the second, the lower ones. We stayed at Miric Inn two nights, and are very happy we did.

What a pleasant surprise to walk in this homey place and be welcome with home made plum brandy. We booked this place through booking.com and correspond with the owners to make arrangements to be picked up from the bus station, although it was just a short walk. It was easy then caring the luggage. At no extra expense they chauffeur us around either to and from bus station and to and from the park entrance. The room was simple but comfortable and a nice view from the 1st floor balcony. We selected to have the breakfast and dinner with them and we could not be more delighted with the fantastic food. We arrived in the afternoon and we walk around the area enjoying the fresh plums dropped from the trees and witnessed the gem making on the old fashion way. Not too much to do and later discover no restaurants around, but we had our dinner reservation at the Inn. next day after the 5 hours visit to the park we stay in their comfortable dinning room with a nice team and a treat of fresh plums that they offered till it was time to go to the bus station. It was a pleasure to chat with the hostesses and find out more about their life and the history of the place. Although not in high season the Inn was fully booked. I highly recommend this place if you want to spend a night (or more) in the area.

We just stayed one night at the Inn and wish we could have planned to stay longer. It was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The room (15) had a very comfy queen size bed and a small but very adequate bathroom. This family run business also has a restaurant where they serve an amazing meal (20 euros each) of fresh trout or meats, fresh vegetables, bread, soup, salad, and plum brandy appertif ! It was all wonderful! Lili who is just delighful and has a sparkling personality was the server and greeter, who speaks wonderful English. Her Mom prepares the food and is a wonderful chef and her Dad sucessfully handles the important operations of running a 5 star quality hotel. What a GREAT place!

We visited the park in September and stayed here. The room is simple but clean, warm and comfortable. If I go again to this area I would Definitely stay here. We happened to forget our camera battery and Lilli was kind enough to mail it to our next destination in Split. That was above and beyond.

Arrived quite late into Plitvice and warmly welcomed by the staff who we think are all family. They squoze us onto their dinner reservations for that night and the food was fantastic.

Nice huge bowl of homemade chicken soup for stater, then for main you pick between meat (get around 4 different types of meat, all good) or fish (basically a whole fish!) and it is brought on a platter of at least ten different types of Croatian sides to go with your main. Great entertainment from a man on a guitar too, had us all clapping and singing along with him!

The rooms are fantastic, very spacious, modern and warm. After we spent about 7 hours walking around plitvice we returned to find the room very nicely cleaned and fresh flowers on the bed, very nice touch.

Perfect location as its about 10 minute drive to the Plitvice lakes entrance.

The only knock on it all is the price, it is pretty expensive but you get what you pay for and the quality you receive makes it certainly worth it, if we returned to Plitvice we would probably stay here again.

One of the staff Lili is very helpful, speaks perfect english and is always around to help.

Great value, phenomenal food.

The owner and her staff are warm and welcoming. Our room was affordable and comfortable. Climate controlled, adequate bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. The Inn is well maintained and beautiful.
Dinner was absolutely amazing. The owner and her family prepared a fantastic meal of trout, chicken, sausages, and vegetables. The food was locally resourced and prepared in the traditional Croatian manner. The experience belongs in my top 5 dining experiences.

The Inn is a 2 min drive from Gate two of Plitvice lakes. Easy to walk to gate two, if you had to.

Couldn't recommend more. We stayed on the top floor of the building just off the main office, and it was newly remodeled with everything you could ask in an Inn like this. It had two double beds that had a partial wall separating them, but we only used one bed as it was just my wife and I. The bathroom was pretty tiny especially since I'm 6'7", but also brand new. There were plenty of windows and even sky lights that were a nice touch. The daughter who seemed to run the customer service part of the operation was very friendly and helpful. There's not a lot of options for food around the area so we got the pre-fixe dinner that the family prepares and it was really great. It was a nice chilly night and we ate outdoors while a man played American folk classics on the guitar, which sounds a little cheesey and touristy, but worked perfectly in this setting. My only complaint is that the WiFi didn't work in our building, but I don't care enough to ask them to fix it so it couldn't have been that big of a deal. Plus it's only a 5 min drive to the falls.
