When I checked in I was charmed by the young lady on reception who made me and my party feel very welcome. Hotel was spotlessly clean if a little dated. The beach is a crazy paved area so no pebbly beach, with a paddling pool for kids, beware of the sea urchins, you can buy special swimming shoes locally for 50 kuna (£5 ish). Breakfast was excellent and although we did not eat dinner in the hotel I would imagine that too would be very good. A little roudy at night when the Sail Croatia boats are in, their passengers over indulging and the sound travels. This is a VERY quiet and small resort, it is not for people who want lots to do but bikes can be hired to go into the national park and there are day trips to Dubrovnik and various other sights, great for lying in the sun and unwinding. there is a small shop locally which sells most foods and bread, they speak perfect English. several fish restaurants locally within 5 minutes walk. Parking limited at the side of the road.
