First of all, you REALLY need a car (unless you want to lay at the beach and do not care about visiting other places in the island).
It is a long ride from the walled city, and at night the roads were soooo dark.

The place is sorrounded by beautiful nature but is really isolated. I believe they have buses once or twice a day (on high season!!!) we had to give some other guests a ride in our car.

No AC. The rooms were very simple and basic. I would say they are meant for families on a budget.

Far away in south of Croatia, after a long-long drive you reach Korcula island. Hidden in a small village: hotel Priscapac. Placed in beautiful surroundings, clear and fresh sea... one would think all ferfect for a nice holiday. Nearly. The hotel rooms are simple, and without air conditioning, making nights difficult. Food good quality, the breakfats becomes boring after a few days.... Wifi available, but for business use... nearly impossible. Owner of the hotel controls everything, he is seen severeal times a day... very unfriendly, taking care not acard his guerst with a smile... But if you make this long road do not miss: Korcula city, castle of Ston and further south Dubrovnik.

Firstly as per other reviews a rental car is a total must. You are very remote here and walking the roads is treacherous.

Rooms are basic, clean and ours offered a balcony and a nice view of the ocean albeit partly obscured by other apartments. No air conditioning and very little breeze makes for a restless nights sleep however there is a fan supplied.

Kitchenette is adequately stocked however no ancillaries such as washing up liquid etc which is just basic. Classes itself as a hotel however facilities in the bathroom are akin to a public washroom with hand wash and toilet roll dispensers which left shreds of toilet roll everywhere like tumbleweed in the breeze!

There are 2 restaurants and the food is acceptable and good value if maybe a little limited in choice. Breakfast was included and limited but fair. There is a small supermarket however basically stocked and restrictive opening hours.

Staff are not very friendly bar a couple of exceptions and reception staff even supplied copies of our passports to a local rental guy on the beach without our knowledge or consent which is unforgivable.

They may as well not offer Internet wifi. It is Tuesday and I am still downloading yesterdays paper on an iPad app and dropped 3 times whilst writing this review.

Very nice area, relaxing but over shadowed with minor frustrations when all you want to do us unwind. Lots of stairs!

The spot where the hotel is located is beautiful (the whole island is), but only if you are looking for a VERY quiet vacation. RENT A CAR if you go there. It is a must. The rooms are OK, but far from good; for that price you find much much better facilities elsewhere in other countries. No airconditioner. You are basically charged for the view around the island, swimming and the seabreeze. Staff is helpful, but grumpy. The food lacks quality; the menu is limmited and very simple and all dishes come with either fries, or salad. The only fish available those days was shark.Sad when considering that the hotel is located on an island. The hotel has wi-fi, but opening your email may take approximately 30 min.The only PC next to the reception has an OK connection. I don't know whether I would recommend it.We chose it because we liked the photos on internet. But it cold be very booring.

Apartments were clean and modern but the only air conditioning was a fan. I would imagine the apartments would be suitable for a relaxing family get away - two restaurants to eat at, pizza and grill and an Croatian restaurant which was to say the least, interesting - but reasonable prices. Staff are very grumpy.

Stunning coast and setting, but shingle/rock beaches... RENT A CAR! Otherwise it's a 5 hour bus and taxi ride from Dubrovnik leaving at 6am or 3pm, and there's not a lot to do at the apartments once you've sunned or eaten enough pizza for 10. Local towns/villages far away about £15/£30 taxi just to go to Korcula or Vela Luka. Would not recommend for a cultural get away.

This large apartment complex has an excellent but remote location. Many apartments have absolute sea frontage.

The apartment was adequately but simply furnished.

Reception was indifferent and unhelpful and rather rude.

Breakfast was dismal.

Croatia is wonderful, Korkula Island is amazing and Prizba is a very pleasant and calm place.
The hotel is very good, well situated in a beautiful place, price is right... I would back there, certainly!
