The Villa Nora is a real gem. The room was very spacious with a cute little balcony. The staff are very helpful and very professional. A perfect place to enjoy an amazing town.

Villa Nora is well located a few streets behind the main square. Our superior room was quite large with a comfortable king size bed, and windows that opened to catch the breeze.
Hotel staff were fantastic and helpful, meeting us at the port to escort us to the hotel, and also assisted with tickets back to Split (this may have been organized via our travel agent but still great to receive a welcome).
Breakfast was good, with selection of bread, fruit, cheese and cold meat, and they also cooked eggs if you wanted them.
A relaxing time on Hvar and at Villa Nora.

Villa Nora is located in the beautiful atmospheric town of Hvar. The location of the rooms is up about twenty to thirty steps in one of the many fascinating back lanes. It is in an excellent location and fairly easy to find. I was impressed by the friendliness of the owners daughter. The size our superior room was good but the darkness of the decoration I found oppressive. The windows did open fully though and i can see how darkness might be a good thing in the oppressive heat of summer. Breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs. This is a huge affair which is brought out plate by plate. There are no choices but it was enjoyable. The restaurant is apparently very good but we didn't eat there. Hvar is absolutely beautiful and we will be back to the island very very soon.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Nora Hvar. The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and generous. Our room was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable and was easily one of the nicest places we stayed in on our 5 week trip around Europe. The included breakfast was beautiful, with cold meats, bread, fruit and yoghurt ensuring we were happily filled up ready to explore the sights. The location is a couple of minutes from the main town square and pretty easy to find. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hvar, our stay was fantastic and we'd be more than happy to return!

Before arriving in Hvar, the staff was very good about giving me directions from the bus station and port without me even asking. The room I got was huge, it was actually a two bedroom 1.5 bath, so you could easily sleep three or four in there without any issues. Breakfast was also solid with various cold meats, breads, and cheeses.

The location was a five minute walk to the main area of the island (the harbor). My only complaint is the bathroom had a weird smell coming from it, but I feel like that's common with hotels on islands. I recommend this hotel without hesitation if you're going to be in Hvar.

Great hotel centrally located in old town of Hvar about 50 m from town square.
Spacious rooms which is a big plus
Very helpful staff who assisted with information on transfers to and from Hvar and even helped with luggage to the room, as well as to the wharf on our departure.
Can be a bit noisy from nearby restaurants but not a problem if you keep windows and shutters
closed.
Only negative - shower cubicle is surprisingly small even though the bathroom is large enough to accommodate a bigger cubicle
