Went here for a concert one night but came back next day to visit inside museum. In this place you can literally breathe history...place is amazing!

Sits adjacent to and overlooking the bay and small pebble beach. Nicely lit up at night and used as a venue for small concerts, great place to chill and escape the midday sun in the shade provided by a number of trees at the front of the church.

Deeply peaceful place leaves you calmer whatever your religion ( I am Jewish). Walls keep out distractions of world for the time of your stay and the plants are Gods work even more than the religious objects, works of great beauty too.

A small church on the shores of Hvar Town just 5 minutes walk out of the center. At night there can be some concerts here for classical and local music. The monastery is closed in the afternoon from 13:00: to I believe around 15:00

There is a small rock beach next to the location and some eateries if you hungry or are waiting for the monastery to open or even make a night of the concert as a location.

The interior of the monastery is not striking or unusual but the location next to the water is picture worthy. 10 minutes inside and wander around for a picture or two there is not much time needed here

Monastery with a beautiful church, within inner courtyard with a well where concerts take place during summer, museum with collections of Roma Greek and Venetians coins, old amphoras, more than 300old cypress tree and magnificent painting of the Last Supper. A must see place in Hvar!
