It is interesting but you get tired of them telling you how evil the United Nation Army. There must be two sides to the story!

“Interesting history - beware going in the story favors China”
Reviewed November 2, 2010

We went in hearing that the museum tells stories that are wildly fabricated and very Anti-American. While the story of the Korean War is told from the Chinese side and the US is the bad guy - it wasn't as wild as I was expecting. The story is definitely incomplete and I might have set my expectations high. It felt a little weird at times being an American walking through the museum saying how we are overly aggressive and incompetent. People were definitely interested in finding out if I was American - but there was no animosity behind it. More than there are not many foreigners in this area.

The museum was also at lot larger than we were expecting. Lots of items (tools, munitions, weapons, clothing) to look at and some storyboards (in Chinese and English) to read. Pictures too. You can spend more than a couple hours here if you move slowly. Less than an hour if you move fast. Definitely hit the giant 3D tower room at the end. A life-sized diorama that it matched with 360 degree painting to surround you with a war scene. There is also a field of old military equipment out back - trucks, planes, tanks, etc.

Interesting to hear a different side of history. Scary that so many people are being taught that the US is evil.
