Great hotel! It's clean, modern, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning is outstanding. I agree with other reviewers that the entrance to this hotel can be hard to see from the highway, but other than that everything is great!

We go to Talladega every race. We always stay at this hotel. The employees are always fantastic and when we arrive call us by name. Karen in sales has always worked well with us on our accomidations. Tiffany and Charity have always been great to us. There was 2 new clerks Hannah and Denise that went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. We'll be back in October.

Room Tip: Off the beaten track. Always quiet. Have access to gym next door.

I have been staying at this property for the past 4 years for business and it is heads and shoulders above all the other chain properties. They seem to attract the best staff and maintain a high level of service each time I stay here. The rooms are very modern and seem to be in "New" condition everytime I arrive. Special compliments to Tiffany Mosely at the desk she always greets me by name and acknowledges me like someone I have known for a long time. Her proffessionalism shows a love for her job and a path for success.

CE

Room Tip: Corner suites are extremely large and very quiet.

The hotel was quiet. The location sets off the road a bit, so traffic noise was never a problem. The rooms look like they have recently been updated, although some areas in the bathroom looked as if they needed minor repairs. The bathtub was typical of many hotel bathtubs -- darkened soap scum on the bottom. A good cleaner and a little scrubbing could take care of that. Overall, I was pleased and would stay there again.

We were passing through and because it was raining very hard, we decided to stop for the night rather than drive all the way through to SC. My daughter called ahead and reserved three rooms. When we arrived, the rooms were ready, the staff were very eager to help us and we were in our rooms within a very short time of our arrival. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, the beds were excellent and we enjoyed out stay very much.

Stayed just one night. But it is a very nice area and location and will for sure return next time we are passing by. Hotel is nicely managed and maintained even though I never really figured out how to more power from the spa. Nicely temperature though...

It was my first time traveling for business, and i felt very welcomed. Tiffiany is the definition of "Southern Hospitality" she always had a smile and welcome when we were at the hotel, and in the morning when we were having breakfast she would always walk through chatting with the guests, saying good morning and wishing everyone a good day. One evening when we were dining out, we crossed paths with Tiffany, and she came over just to talk and see how our day went, so we felt welcome not only to the hotel, but to the city during our stay. Thank you!
