The weather was unseasonably cool, so we dined outside. We were waited on immediately. All food and drink deliciously satisfied everyone. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they brought 2 free desserts! The waiters were very efficient and respectful of our conversations. Just a perfect evening!

Great tasting Food. Poor waiter service.

Waited 20 minutes for a table on a Saturday night. A group of four. We had looked over the menu and ready to order. Waiter came over after 10 minutes and asked if we wanted get some drinks. We answered that we wanted to order our food with the drinks to get the order in for us. We all stated our choices with two being the same order.

The waiter returned with our drinks and got 2 of 4 correct. He then restated the order for three of us and pointed to the fourth saying "now, what did you order?".

The waiter did not write down anything. The salads arrived and the amount on one of the three salads was 1/2 the amount of the other two identical salads.

The food came out and 3 orders were correct while one was not. The new waiter said that the rest or correct portion would be out soon. The meal was finished before the vegetables arrived. Those were eaten by themselves. Our waiter was slow walking, confusing about the meal choices and seemed indifferent about listening and writing down anything.

At the end he did not say thank you for coming but just just "thanks" for handing him the cash for the meal.

Food was tasty. Service was much less than expected for a $100 meal.

I was surprised to find a large chain restaurant with a small home-town flavor. Carrabba's fits the bill if you are looking for authentic Italian. From the bread served with spices and olivie oil to the marinara and spaghetti... to more classical dishes such as chicken parmesean, all very good. The Pork Chops Marsala was fantastic... with enough to have the next day...

Although we generally like independent restaurants, we do occasionally patronize a national chain. This particular chain eatery has never let us down. Carrabba's Italian Grill has excellent food and great service. They change their menu frequently enough to keep it interesting. We both really enjoy their pasta and shrimp and pasta and chicken dishes. The fresh, warm bread served with seasoned olive oil is a nice touch to get the meal started. During the week is the best time to go,since they don't take reservations. Weekend nights can be very busy with a bit of a wait, but it is worth it if you are not in a hurry. Good portions and reasonable price
