I suppose I should actually acknowledge that I ate a full meal at Silvertron. I had the chicken on oregano and rye foccacia. IT was my first time ever having fried goat cheese on a sandwich, which was indeed very interesting. Overall the sandwich was good, a little heavier than I needed that day, but worth a try.
What I really want to talk about is their bread pudding. When they brought it out I think I fell in love. Very big portion, so incredibly moist and the flavors were just perfect. So good I could cry. I will most certainly be going back to try that again (and next time I'll bring a friend to share)..
