I love true fine dining when the menus change daily, the food is always fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables adorn your plate, and the service is almost always good and usually better than good. All the above is what is offered at Hot and Hot Fish Club. My fiance and I had a great evening there after driving in from Huntsville. It was worth the trip. Blood oranges were the item that seemed to make it into each dish and I love how each dish incorporated the ingredient. The martini, the cheese plate, and my cobia. It wasn't the best filet of cobia I have ever had but it was the best presentation and overall plate of cobia (all accompanying ingredients). The scallops were fantastic as well.
