Excellent set-up: each would-be chef gets their own wok, utensils & condiments & the teacher (Cathy - spoke good English) talks you through the whole thing before demonstrating each dish. She explains the techniques of cooking, why you marinate meat, why you use each condiment etc. Then you are let loose on your wok!! Not only is it very informative, it's also fun & our dishes worked out great!! Don't miss out. This would be a good rainy day activity. Book in advance. It was 100RMB each.
