“Pine-tastic.”

Greeting Pine (Ying Ke Song)
Reviewed November 4, 2012

Seriously. It's a pine tree on a mountain. It's nice. It's old. It's on a mountain. Yay. What else can I say? The story behind it is interesting enough I guess, if you have an English speaking guide who can tell you it. Mine was speaking a broken English at best, and the plaque explaining was written in a broken English at best too.

Tree is embraces and supported by steel, nothing much to see as there are a lot more amazing scenic spots uphill in Huangshan

I got here on Monday and it was sooooo crowded. Local people were trying to take the picture with the pine which is I found that it was an average pine and make me have tough time to get through this sea of people to go to Penglai Isle

they take roots in the rocks, and their roots are longers than the trucks. every pine trees here are old and ancient, they survive and thrive in the barren rocks, which symbolize a noble spirit. Where there is sunshine, where has life.

Nothing spectacular, it is a place you should watch the crowd rather than the little tree. Be eco-friendly, AVOID it
