This is a hole in the wall with superb seafood and service. The name itself, "Picá" refers to a Chilean word meaning a place that few know and has great food. It certainly lives up to its name. The food is fresh and perfectly well cooked and seasoned. Fish, shellfish and assorted side dishes are promptly served with a friendly attitude. They are also famous for their seafood empanadas (only served until 6pm). The prices are inexpensive and the environment simple. As they say in Chile, is a place with the 3 B's: Bueno, Bonito y Barato (Good, Pleasant and Inexpensive).
