I have stayed twice in this hotel, each time 5 nights. I am also originally from Stara Zagora, so know the lay of the land around here. Overall, this is a very good hotel, with some qualifications.
The positives: Super location in the very heart of the city, easy to walk to everything, plenty of restaurants around, taxi stand around the corner. At the same time hotel tucked away on a quiet, dead-end street, and so rooms are quiet. Hotel relatively new, rooms are clean, the whole operation is well-run, and staff are cheerful and eager to help. Beds fairly good. Nice restaurant on the premises, popular with the locals, which tells you something. Breakfast included with room fare is good.
The negatives: Single rooms are tiny, there is barely room for the bed. Bathroom is also small, no bathtub. On the high-cost side for Stara Zagora, though not sure what the lower prices buy you at the other hotels.

Room Tip: Avoid single rooms if you want larger room.

The most decent hotel around stara zagora... Nice location, clean bathrooms... it is fair enough if ur expectations are balanced... Most imp nothing dodgy....
Best part is its italian restaurant... There is a private parking ally but not secure enough....

We have just returned from 5 night stay in the Uniqato=-what a great experience. It is a small hotel but with a big heart. The staff are so friendly and always willing to stop and speak. The rooms are very comfortable and kept very clean-we had no noise despite being in the middle of the city. The garden area is a little oasis-we ate here in the evening and partook of a few Zargorka's! The food was lovely and such great value-my husband said it is the best surf and turf he has ever had and likewise a german gentleman who was part of our conference said the same.
All in all-a lovely little haven to just chill-Enjoy!

The room was small but offered a flat screen TV, small closet, clean bathroom and a partial view of the nearby Church. There are larger rooms. Noise from outside and from the water running in other rooms broke the quiet occasionally. The breakfast buffet was excellent as was the service. Don't be in a rush for lunch or dinner as the restaurant clearly isn't designed for fast food. The Uniqato is centrally located and made for a nice place to return to every night for almost two weeks.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet non-smoking room.

The hotel is really good for bulgarian standard. The restaurant is very good, with many dishes on the menu. We took a suite with sofa bed for our grown up son. The sofa bed was minimalistic, with a 3 cm thick foam matrass placed on wood planks, a fakir bed really. Don't take a room facing the street, barking dogs will keep you awake all night. We asked for a quiet romm at 3 AM and got it without discussions. The new room was quiet and comfortable. So, if you stay away from dogs and sofa bed, you will be very fine at this hotel.
