Very nice and clean place, staff helpful even though could use more English as it's a business hotel but that can be forgiven. Room not the biggest but very clean and very calm looking with really comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with big shower. Wifi connection was quite fast, not something you encounter every day in SP....

I have very mixed feelings about this Hotel. Hotel staff speaks English and are very helpful and go out of their way to assist you.
Rooms are very small and bed is just soso..Amenities are just basic nothing special
Breakfast had good choices and was presented well.

Now the bad part..Sound in room is terrible, you can hear every movement in the Hall and when the next room showers at 1 AM or 3 AM you hear this and is hard to sleep.

For this reason I will not go back to this hotel the noise also from the street is terrible.

Room Tip: Great location..

perfect location just one block from Avenida Paulista and 20 minutes walking from Oskar Freire, good breakfast.
Rooms small but clean, bathroom with large shower cabin
Wellness center under the expectations.

Nice location not too far from Rua Pamplona and Avenida Paulista (MASP - Museu de Arte de São Paulo - is only few steps away).
The staff speaks reasonable English, the rooms are comfortable and the location is not too busy (there's a park right next to the hotel and there isn't much noise going on at night) and the hotel's only shortcoming is the breakfast (which is not bad but doesn't feature options for vegetarians and vegans). Also, the layout is bit confusing as the hall is sort of "Y" shaped. But overall, for people who wouldn't mind such details, Royal Jardins is a good and affordable option.

Friendly, English speaking staff make this a good option for international travelers. The hotel is located two blocks from metro, on Paulista, so if you're feeling adventurous then the metro is a good option to get around. There's a few local bars/diners within very close proximity of the hotel.

The hotel is described as 'boutique', but is far from boutique as I understand the meaning of the word, but it is safe and in a good location.

The breakfast is perhaps the best thing about the place - a proper Brazilian hotel breakfast with loads of fresh fruit.

Minor complaints would be that the workout room is small, just an exercise bike, two treadmills and some weights. The free internet(free internet is still unusual in Brazil hotels) does not have a strong signal and was down for almost 24 hours while I was there.

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was very good, so I was happy. It's not in the most exciting part of Sao Paulo, as things shut down after late business hours, but it could be worse.

Getting to and from the hotel is easy as most taxi companies know exactly where the hotel is, which can be a disadvantage if you're staying at a lesser known hotel. I used Sao Paulo Airport Transfers (www.saopauloairporttransfers.com) who provided a meet and greet service from Guarulhos airport and picked me up promptly for the return journey.

Having read the reviews I was expecting more - this is billed as a 4 star hotel, but unfortunately I felt it wouldn't have that in Europe. The quality of the rooms felt somewhat cheap, small and dated. The food for breakfast (the only meals I ate in the hotel) was fine - continental style - but not remarkable. The service was friendly but again nothing remarkable.

Stayed here for four nights whilst attending the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix.
It took over an hour to get to the hotel from the airport battling with the morning commuter traffic.
The hotel is narrow and has just eight roomson each of it's fourteen (I think) floors. It's a business city, not really a tourist one, and the rooms are set up to cater as such. They are small. But clean and comfortable. Plus you do feel totally safe. Because as well as the security outside the hotel, you wll find that you need to use your room key to swipe the lift into action if you wish the lift to go up.
Breakfast was ok. Reasonable choice and plenty of it.
A small bar with about a dozen chairs offered somewhere to drink in the evening. Although being in a pretty safe area you can walk around and find some bars nearby.
The staff were all very good. Probably half of them speaking English fairly well.

Room Tip: Rooms overlooking the front of the hotel offer the better view. All of them are quiet.
