Hotels in Brazil are complicated be aware that most hotels in Brazil claim to be 4 star but in fact they are barely 3. That's how things work in Brazil most of the time. I don't even think they have a local entity or group overseeing star ratings and like many things in Brazil you just learn to deal with it. Getting off the subject...
The hotel is well located in the business district of Sao Paulo. You will have plenty of good food around and you are near the subway - all walking distance.
First, the hotel room was not very clean, just take a look at some of the pictures. Second, the internet only worked half the time. The rooms are small, but that's common in Sao Paulo so no big deal there. Also, they have no ironing board in the hotels available for guests so expect to pay $12 USD for each shirt they iron for you.
Well, they seemed to be helpful, but they were not able to fix the internet issue until half way my trip (2nd night)
The nice thing of staying in Brazil is that most hotels you will have a very good hot breakfast with a buffet plus fruits and real juices. This place was the same so no complain.
This place was not one of the worst hotels I stayed in SP and I would have left a higher rating if the room was cleaner and they spent a little more time and effort trying to resolve the internet issue which personally is a big problem specially when you are travelling for business.
