The only minus here is location, every day we spend 20R to get to the down town.
Not a big problem,right?
People here are awesome, guys on reception are perfect. I hope that their salary is so big as their patience and professonalism.
Food is good, internet fast, rooms clean and fresh, 12 and 10 are the only floor for smokers, view is nice, pool is long enough to have fun.
Highly recommend.
There is no Spa,so we drove to Renaissance ,not far away. You pay 90 reals and stay at their spa, which includes pool, jacuzzi, sauna and also you can get a massage for 160-400 reals.
Anyway, Marriott here is about staff, very nice ,very good trained.

The apartments are generous in size, and well located to a mixture of cheap eats and more expensive dining options. It is a short stroll from a wonderful park, which was good for our two year old daughter. The amenities are basic, a two burner stove top, dishwasher, fridge and microwave...no gourmet cooking, but good for cooked breakfast, or a light lunch. Great blackout blinds, which was useful for our jet lag, having arrived from Hong Kong. As of January 2013, the fit out is still holding up well...all in all, a very enjoyable stay, particularly if you can get a good rate (we paid < US$250 per night).

Dear guest,

I am glad we were able to offer you an apartment that met the needs of your family. The fact of being close to the Ibirapuera Park is really great for the children and to relax in a big city like Sao Paulo. Thank you for your comments.

We stayed at this property because it was near the relatives we were visiting. The front desk staff was extraordinarily helpful. We arrived on Christmas Eve and left on Christmas night, so I was concerned about taxi access on a holiday. Not only did the staff make the arrangements for us, but they allowed us to put the charges on our bill so we didn't have to get extra Brazilian currency. They also let us have a late check-out, so we were able to shower and change before heading out to the airport for our flight home. When we arrived, one of the front desk staff took us on a tour -- something that usually only happens at a B'n'B or boutique facility. Something minor, but nice: face cloths were provided -- something missing at most South American hotels we visited. The breakfast was excellent. In addition to the buffet, the chef offered to make eggs-to-order. Free wifi was also included -- something we expect in the US, but had to pay for in most of South America. We would highly recommend this facility to visitors to Sao Paulo.

This is a great option if you are doing business in the southern part of sao paulo. The hotel is in one of the nicest residential parts of town (vila nova conceicao), very close to Ibirapuera park, mwhich is great for runners. It has a small hotel feel and the rooms, while a bit dated, are functional and large and include a sitting area as well as a small kitchen area, with a refrigerator. Only drawback for marriott rewards members is that an elite night is only credited after a 3 night stay. Breakfast is good. This is a great alternative from the larger hotels. As with everything in sao paulo, plan carefully to minimize your commute.

Room Tip: I would probably try to get a room facing the back on a high floor, although this is mostly driven b...

Stayed here for 2 months due to work and was very happy with the place. Each room comes with a small kitchen which makes life easier while away from home. Rooms were quiet even though the buidling is only one block away from a main street.
The hotel is situated in an area with good restuarants

Room Tip: Room facing the front of the building has view of the park. Avoid rooms with numbers ending with 2 o...

Rooms are large and have full kitchens. Bed was unbelievably comfortable, with lots of pillows of different sizes and shapes. My coworkers commented the same. Hotel is in a good location within walking distance of Ibirapuera Park, which is great for a visit especially on Sunday when it is very crowded with lots of active people. Breakfast is nice, with outdoor seating on the terrace. Service was friendly but a bit slow.
