During our stay in Sao Paolo, Brasil, for work and pleasure, we learned about the SP Free walking tour. Both the Paulista and Old Downtown tour are a must. Our tourguides Rafa and Fe are born and raised in SP. Besides all the places of interest that are shown during the 3-4 hours you also get some insiders information and learn about Brasil and the Paulistas including information about activities and places to go during your stay. The tours are free but you will sure consider a tip after the tour. Just put on your walking shoes and learn about this city that is alive and kicking.

I really liked the tour. It's a great tour to make in your early days in Sao Paulo because it gives you ideas of where to go in the new downtown area. The staff are very friendly, helpful and their English is very good too.

This tour is fantastic. The guides are funny, friendly and informative. It provides a great overview of what looks like a business city and delves into all its hidden charms and they are many. We ended up staying a few days after the tour so we could explore more. Really well worth doing this. The guide knew ever opening time for every key tourist destination in Sao Paulo, amazing. We did the city tour and they brought you to a normal local cheap place for a snack, very cool. They deserve to do well.

Just got both tours after being in São Paulo for over one month... And I only regretted not doing it before, so clear, fun, dynamic, complete (even showing pictures and telling stories of the places nearby where we don't have the time to go during the tour but we shouldn't miss..!). Super helpful couple of guides, Rafa in the front and Fe in the back. Feeling safe the whole time, which is a point when you want to walk around this city with your camera... I've done many free tours before in Europe, and these were among the best. I wish they spread the project to other Brazilian cities now... Courage ! And Thanks !
