Owner description: São Paulo's very own Empire State Building — the Edifício Altino Arantes, also known by the name of its previous owner, Banespa — opened in 1947 as a symbol of the fast-growing city's economic might. The striking views from the observation deck, accessed from the 33rd floor of the 161-meter-tall building, never fail to impress visitors. Views, while free, are daytime only; the building is only open during normal business hours.

You have a stunning view from Banespa building. It´s a Little tricky to get all the way up: change elevators, climb stairs and you have limited time to stay at the top. That´s because more Groups have to access the platform. But I got some Amazing shots from the top.

We decided to visit tge observatiob deck on monday. On arrival there was a pretty long queue and it was moving like one person per 5 minutes, because the lady was checking the id and luggage. It appeared tgat without id you cant go up, and it is a shame that nobody wrote about it, as soon as i usually keep passport with at the safebox in the hotel.

You might wait a little to get on top of this, but you wont regret. A great view of brazilian's big apple from the brazilian Empire State. Best part: free admission.

From the top of Banespa building you have a fantastic view of the city, at an angle of 360 degrees. The only drawback is the wait time in the entrance hall, which can take more than one hour.
