Pinacoteca is Incredible place with beautiful art, history and architecture. Set very close to the historical beautifully lit at night Estação Luz. There is a wooden Trojan horse in which you leave a wishful note

This great Museum that has won the hearts of all of us in Sao Paulo is well worth a visit at any time of the year there are always very good visiting exhbitions either from abroad or from Braslian artists as well as its own art collection , note the architecture of this wonderful old building that has kept its identity and is modernized to show art, light is great as is the flow on every floor. The gift shop is small however you can find some very good art books and trinkets, there is a cafe which has a terrace that gives to the park which in itself is a showcase of sculptures the area of Estacao da Luz is interesting though would not say very safe, also do try and vist Estacao Pinacoteca which his besides Sala Sao Paulo and holds the Nemirovsky collection of Brasilian art escellent as well as works on paper enjoy the outing /ar/park/cafe/.

Pinacoteca brings together beautiful paints within a beautiful building, creating a perfect environment for admiring and breathing art. You find different styles of paintings and some sculptures.
Also worth noting that it is near the Museu da Língua Portuguesa, Museu de Arte Sacra and the Estação da Luz, which also worht a visit.

São Paulo is a great city of the arts circuit and Pinacoteca do Estado always have art events in the various arts of Brazil and the world. Must for who enjoys arts. The building is all brick and tumbled to view the heritage historiography. Already a differential. Easy access by Metro Light of the North-South - Blue. Do not miss this visit friend lover of the arts.
