“Nice place if you lover of arts ...”
Reviewed August 5, 2013

São Paulo is a great city of the arts circuit and Pinacoteca do Estado always have art events in the various arts of Brazil and the world. Must for who enjoys arts. The building is all brick and tumbled to view the heritage historiography. Already a differential. Easy access by Metro Light of the North-South - Blue. Do not miss this visit friend lover of the arts.

“Great collection”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

Good setting and lots of good and relevant pieces of art. Close to subway. Poor parking. Nice café, always crowded. Check schedule of exhibits, some are packed with long lines. Worth a visit for sure! Nearby there's the Lingua Portuguesa Museum.

“The place to understand the origins of Brazilian Art”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

Here you will find a very representative collection of Art, divided by periods, what helps you clearly understand how art developed in Brazil and it´s main cities. Bring with yourself a little resume about Brazilian history and you will travel in time.
