“Nice Hotel in a good spot”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2014 via mobile

The hotel is relatively new and in a good location. A lot of restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean. Windows are not fully sound proof, same as walls. Breakfast was ok, except the coffee which was really bad. The staff is ok not necessary friendly and efficient but better than in other hotels in Sao Paulo.

Reasonable business hotel well placed in Sao Paulo. The rooms are ok, but the bathrooms are far too small, you have to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The room is filled with instructions "DO NOT open the window", "DO NOT smoke", all carrying some hideous penalty is you transgress. I don't disagree with the sentiment, but it all seems a bit over the top. Breakfast was ok. Did not try any other food. For me, bottom line, they ned to make the bathrooms a lot bigger and the staff more helpful. Until they do, I am not coming back.

Overall had a good experience with the Hotel. Stayed 5 nights for a business meeting and the facilities were very good. Staff attentive and helpful in making suggestions about the area. It is walking distance to a Museum, a large shopping Mall and several restaurants around the area.
Hotel buffet (breakfast & lunch) were very good and had no complaints in this area. The room (on 14th floor) was remodeled so everything was in good form, including the mattress.
Would recommend this Hotel if you are in Sao Paulo for business and even leisure.

Room Tip: Request recently renovated rooms.

I have just spent 3 nights at the hotel on business in the financial business area. Traffic is appalling and therefore the proximity to this area is great. There is also an up market shopping mall just 10 minutes walk away in an area that was not threatening and appeared well policed and safe even at night time.

Business facilities and room provision was excellent and so was the support of the staff, in particular the lovely Gabriella.

Food at the hotel was very good and centred on colourful buffet style midday and evening menu, rooms on the 11th floor remodelled and clean. The bathroom is small, however I tend to use it just to clean and shower, not party!

Be advised that the hotel is directly under the flight path, and that flights start at 6.00 am. This point and that the city is itself rather like 'lego gone wrong' with few redeeming features are the main detracting points for this hotel. But this cannot be attributed to the hotel itself.

This hotel was excellent, centrally located in a safe area, we felt safe walking around, various restaurants in walking distance, a few bars in walking distance.
Hotel room was clean, the bell staff was excellent, always offered water whenever he saw us downstairs. Caipirinha's at the bar are the best i've had in Sao Paulo. Food at the restaurant is also really good, breakfast was included. Every night you get a sweet treat at turn down, best part of coming back to my room.

I've spent couple of days during this last Fifa World Cup.
This is a great hotel for business, nice rooms, modern, clean, just tiny bathrooms.
Great breakfast buffet.
Always crowded and lots of traffic in the area (as in all Sao area)

Room Tip: be careful with some rooms at 1st level. view is obstructed (room #102 is the case)

Hotels in Brazil are not great if compared to international peers. Service is good and food is usually outstanding but facilities are usually a let down.
But that's not really the case for this hotel.
Breakfast is simple but outstanding. Service is really good and the facilities are actually good.
If you are comparing this hotel to BLUE TREE, RADISSON is actually MUCH BETTER. Don't even get me started on Ceasar hotels, they are really bad.
Actually, if you're not in the mood to pay for Emiliano or Fasano, this one and Renaissance are the best options.

Room Tip: much better than BLUE TREE, TRIP and Caesar Business.
