The great advantage of this hotel is its location -- in the heart of the Jardins district, where most travelers want to stay. And I thought the people who worked in the hotel were very nice. But in the end, it was really disappointing, especially after all the other glowing reviews on this site. The rooms are very, very small, and the brownish window glaze give everything a dreary glow. There was no hot water for a shower -- only warm -- on the first day of my visit. The internet service is pretty awful, shutting itself down after only a few minutes of disuse, requiring you to re-register virtually everytime you want to use it. I was disappointed in the restaurant breakfast; if you arrive late, the yogurt and fresh fruit will be served warm, since there was no real effort to keep them cold. I actually checked out early and went to the Grand Hyatt, which is in a less convenient location but has spectacular facilities and service at about the same price.

Beautiful hotel and definitely in the five Star category. Great service, great breakfast. Lobby was beautiful. My room was very modern, had a terrace with table and garden outside. Felt very luxurious. Location was good too, felt safe and could even walk to restaurants and shopping.

We visited this hotel and absolutely loved our time.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was fantastic. The included breakfast was delicious with a large variety of fruits. We never even bothered ordering anything from the free menu.

We were absolutely thrilled with our experience at this hotel and would definitely plan to return when in Sao Paulo next.

Stayed 3 nights in December 2013. Sparkling wine offered on arrival. Rooms are small but impeccably we'll appointed and clean. Service is first rate, friendly and courteous. Good dining recommendations. Close to Paulista avenue and along subway line. Would highly recommend.

If you are looking for a great hotel in Sao Paulo, look no further. This hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. Location is within walking distance of wonderful shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were amazing. Each spoke perfect English, made wonderful recommendations for both shopping and dining and always made you feel like you were the only guest staying there. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. They even provide flip-flops in your size for visits to the spa, which was also quite nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.
