The hotel is quite modern and in a nice location close to metro station and bus station. Staff was helpful when we needed to make a phone call (as the phone did not work in the beginning) and polite. We liked the variety of food for breakfast and the view of the SP skyline from our window was awesome. They had very good selection of TV channels. However, the room was rather damp not to mention the bathroom which was always extremely wet - quite annoying.

We stayed from July 8-14, 2012. Loved the 4-person room we stayed in. This is more like an apartment with two separate rooms and two bathrooms!!! The price was also great. If you have tried to find a single room for a family in Sao Paulo you will know how difficult it is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially would like to thank Raul and Genisilon at the front desk who helped us with many things. Breakfast was good. We also ate at the restaurant couple of times (a lunch and a dinner) and the food was very good. Having the Metro Paraiso within walking distance is a definite plus. Walking back from the Metro to the hotel at night, especially during weekends and holidays, felt bit creepy in the beginning, but we got used to it.

Located just behind one of the main avenues in the city (close to Paraiso metro station) this hotel is average and more focused on business rather than tourism. Still, it's comfortable - not luxurious, just convenient.

The hotel has a good location at one end of Avenida Paulista, very close to a metro stop in what seemed like a good neighborhood; we easily walked around at night without issues. The staff is friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room we stayed in was a great size for the money, there was a sitting area next to a kitchen area (refrigerator and sink but no microwave) that adjoined the bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean, we found the bed to be comfortable and the hotel was quiet and restful. We did have to pay 15 reais for internet but for the price of the room I can't complain.

Three of us stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean. It wasn't the nicest of accommodations but the value lies not in the opulence of the room but in the location, size of room and the cost. It was obviously a business hotel and not in the more touristy locations of Sao Paulo. But it was very near all the touristy areas. There were people around even late at night as it is near a University. The area is also safe. There's a big supermarket about 10 minute walk from the hotel and there were many places to buy sandwiches all around as well. There's a fruit store right beside it.

Front desk people spoke good English and the breakfast was okay.
