Visited hotel as a business traveler in December 2012. Arrived on a weekend, so was very convenient to jog across the street for shopping and eating a at two very large malls. Hotel itself was good, not great. Pretty average bed, shower, and bathroom. TVs had been upgraded to flatscreen - a nice plus. Breakfast (included in my room rate) was above average, with a lot of selection.
The negatives for the hotel included:
- the Internet access: connection was good, but the transmission speed was terrible. You could tell it was impacting the reception as well, as simple requests took extra long for their computers to process. Thus check out was longer then desired. An express check out would be helpful.
- the elevators: they were in good working order and plenty fast, but there wasn't enough capacity when needed (mornings, check out, check in).

I would stay again, but not count on connecting with my family via the Internet.

This was my first visit to Brazil, and my first stay in a Blue Tree Hotel.
If I have a choice it may well have been my last stay in a Blue Tree Hotel too.

This could be a lovely hotel. The rooms were fine and comfortable, and the location is good too.
The hotel is let down by its service. We had agreed an early check-in but the front desk staff were having none of it and wanted to charge us a half day extra for this.
They had the rooms ready and available - they just wanted to charge us for them.
We also agreed late check-out, and again they were having none of it, wanting to charge us another half day.
Some of our party were there for 7 nights, and I was there for 5 nights, so we were spending a lot of money with them. I'm sure other hotels would have been more accommodating.

The Internet wasn't great, nor was it free.

The Breakfast was a "help yourself" affair, and it was good.

The lifts were an experience. You need to swipe your room key before it allows you to select your floor. If you are on a low floor there is every chance that you wont manage to do this in time, and you'll end up going all the way up to the other floors before returning to your own, (and my colleagues on those floors said they couldn't find any stairs either).
There was one lift out of order as well, so at times it was a long wait to get to / from your floor.

A couple of minutes away from the hotel there is a large shopping centre with lots of food outlets too.

The Morumbi Grill is also very close to the hotel. If you like meat you'll love this place...!

There's a car park under the hotel. I didn't use this myself, but my colleagues did. It's a valet type setup which works well, but there is a charge for it.

On the flip side - I needed to print my boarding pass and the lady in the business centre was delightful and very helpful.

There are other hotels in this area, so I'm sure you could get somewhere better to stay.

This hotel is badly understaffed, specially at the front desk where you can stand in line for a long time, or at the phones, where nobody picks calls at front desk or in the "attention to clients special number". The one thing about this hotel is that it´s across the street from Morumbi Shopping Mall, where you can find different places to eat and a good selection of stores

Hotel is ok for business, but staff is not friendly or helpful. A colleague came to pick me up to go to a customer, the person in the reception didn't even care to call me to let me know he was there, he showed him a screen with several names and told him i was not there and didn't provide any more attention. then another person came to pick me up and the person that parks the cars wouldn't let him wait in front while I got out and put my things in the trunk, he was rude to my colleague.
there are so many options to stay in SP, even near to this hotel that you might be better attended anywhere else.

Staff are very friendly the rooms are ok the shower is the true highlight (very powerful). Breakfast was good. THe location near two shopping malls means that you have plenty of choice to eat as well as for shopping

Across the street from a very nice shopping mall with good restaurant choices. However, the hotel itself is unimpressive. The carpet in my room was worn badly. Furniture the same. Front desk "unhurried" and under staffed. Bar has all the charm of an emergency room waiting area.

It has been my second time at this Hotel and the reason I choose it is because it is less expensive than others at the same location and it is important in Sao Paulo not to be too far from the offices I have to go. But having said not expensive is of course only "a desire" as all Hotels are expensive in Sao Paulo when you compare them to the US Hotels. Rooms are smaller, more like an European style. An old style small bathroom. The neighborhood is safe, the Hotel requires the key to get to the rooms floor. Downsize was not having the restaurant available off-hours for a small break and the list of the menu is somehow small. A mall is close to this Hotel.
