The only meal that matches the level of Boqueria in New York as my dining experience of the year. Excellent starters. We has Caldo do Mocoto, a soup made from cows feet, stewed with beans, Feijao de Corda, Beans, bacon in a smokey sauce. Pork sausage with red onions, Atolada de bode, Stewed goat with mandioca (cassava) and tomatoes in a rich sauce, excellent mandioca purée. The deserts and caipirinhas are to die for. The only question is why it took us so long to come here.
