I ate some of the best steak I've ever eaten here. I found the seasoning at the correct level, not too much as I often find in the US and the quality of the meat was superb. The appetisers, salads and sides were all wonderfully fresh and well presented. Service was exellenf , if not a little quirky.

I much prefer this type of Brazillian steak house to the ones where you have the option to 're-fill' your plate with meat. It's hard to appreciate food in such volumes and becomes more an exercise in stamina and glutony rather than a satisfying dining experience.

As well as the restaurant (which specialises in meat but does Feijoada on Saturday) there's a comfortable bar with soft piano music and excellent caipirinhas where you can talk and relax.

Dinho's is a good and traditional restaurant in Sao Paulo . Located almost at the start of Avenida Paulista, it is a place where you will find an excelent barbecue but not a "rodizio" fortunately . Here plates are a la carte, the couvert is good , salad bar with little options but also of good quality but the most importante is that themeat is excelent!
The place however needs a little adjournment and refurbihing in a more modern style since it is dark inside and with one table very close to the other, leaving almost no privcay. Service is courteous and eficient ..Pity is quite high priced.

The place is very well located, close to Paulista Avenue, and easy to reach by cab, bus or subway. Nice decoration, furniture and well illuminated. If you need to wait, you can have good drinks at the bar (caiprinha, of course). The restaurant is specialized in Brazilian style barbecue, and the restaurant is one of the best places to eat barbecue in São Paulo and doesn't have people filling your plate all the time with lots of meat, as usual at the brazilian barbecue rodízios, what is sometimes annoying. The place is ideal for spend hours enjoying each step of the service, starting from the couvert which is really above from the average, as well as the dessert buffet, full of delicious options and fruits.
The service is perfect and if you ask, you don't need go to buffet, they fill your plate with the things that you wish.
Very good south american wines are available there (cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir and camernére from Chile or malbec from Argentina recommended) for a reasonable price.
On fridays the restaurant has an excelent seafood buffet, which includes oysters and grilled lobsters.
Menus and service in english, if you need it.

Very tasty food, friendly staff (but they don't speak English, which is actually the common problem in Brazil), one of the most positive impressions of Sao Paulo. Strongly recommended!
