The only negative side of this place is that when you get the menu you have to choose ONE dish!
Everything is wonderful! Very typical brazilian food done in the best way, excellent service, churros are to die for! When in Sao Paulo you should check this place out! One recommendation get there early or make a reservation because it fills up pretty quickly

In the middle of dodgy (and gentrifying) downtown Sao Paulo, this place seems to have been there for ever. In fact, it opened less than 5 years ago. Decor is crap but gives an edge. Food is delicious; traditional yet not heavy, and well presented. Crowds are mixed with a dominance of the artsy, advertising, bourgeois-boheme crowd that gives it a fashion flair. I recommend!

Located in old city center, at the ground floor of Edificio COPAN, one of São Paulo iconic buidings, Bar da Dona Onça ( something like "Misses Jaguar Bar" ) is runned by a local important chef. Food is REALLY GREAT. Menu is really something else. VERY criative, with a mix of brazilian regional food and international. Relaxing atmosphere. Prices are a little bit expensive, considering it's not a luxury restaurant, but they're acceptable for astonishing Sao Paulo levels. One can have an extrordinary meal for something around US$ 40/US$50 p.p. ( drinks not included ). Better to be visit for lunch, because it's not a safe area after dark. That's why the place is not well known, even by locals. Once you get there by taxi, you'll be fine. It will be worth.
