We stayed here fro 2 nights in a private room. It was quite noisy during the night, but you have to expect that for a hostel. The bathrooms were pretty old and dirty, and the breakfast was pretty average. But overall it was in a nice and safe area, and the rooms are clean with lockers inside the rooms. The staff were helpful and the WiFi was good as well.

As a single female traveller I was a bit cautious about where to stay in SP due to safety. This place definitely made my trip. I was met in the middle of the night by a very welcoming staff. The hostal is clean, not too big, security cameras and a very personal atmosphere. The staff was eager to provide maps, show where to go and not to go, recommend great places etc. making my pre-purchased guide totally unnecessary. The hostal is located in the richer area of SP, making it possible to safely walk to bars and restaurants alone during night time.

Remember ear plugs, as the sound isolation could have been better.

This hostel was a really nice surprise! Pass the front door and you'll find an impressive art collection! You can really feel the owner is a design lover. There are plenty of common places, and the patio is huge, which is nice considering the climate!
The girls at reception speak perfect english and really helped out finding nice bars. Besides everything is close, you can dance samba two blocks away!

The rooms are ok, beds comfy, and they are ready when you arrive, which is quite rare here. Lockers are big, security at its most.
Bathroom are clean, and HUGE (Italian shower!)
Breakfast is also really good compared to other places because it is not only bread and coffee! You get fresh fruits, ham,etc

They have free ipad for internt!

I only stayed two nights in sao paulo, and i think this place definitely help me making the most of my stay!!

This hostel is funky, arty & we felt very safe here.
It is noisy at nights with people coming & going, but you have to expect that at a hostel.
The staff were all very friendly & only to happy to help us, the map they provided we found very useful. 9 blocks or so to closest subway station but a pleasant walk.
Breakfast was very simple, but again as to be expected in a hostel. There was a supermarket near by so we just took our own.
Would recommend

Bad !!! i was in this hostel in sao paulo per 1 day and the guy who clean the room stole US$ 100 from my pants when i was in the bathroom taking a shower and the boss did not give the money about it. Very bad and it´s very simple and it´s not modern.

Room Tip: You have to take care of your things. Be carefull.

Gosh! It is not easy to get to by public transportation! You gotta walk a good 20 min to the hostel after the Clinicas subway station.
It is in a safe and fun neighborhood.I am very disappointed with the bathrooms! They are really not attractive and fairly dirty.
People are friendly but if you go during the week, after a night out, good luck with sleeping! There is a school next door and the noise is unbelievable. Terrible! I am not talking a few min of screaming!
With that being said, I realize that this is a hostel and you get what you pay for. Adjust your expectations accordingly.

We are a hostel and our guests must to compare us with a hostel and not a hotel. If you are planning to sleep during the night you will have a nice sleep, but during the day monday to friday is a bit noisy as all big cities around the world middle of a cool suburb.

After a long and tirsome journey from the bus station we finally found this charming hostel. It is quite difficult to find and if you are on foot with backpacks, you might be better off getting a taxi. The nearset tube is a good 20 min walk away. We arrived very early so we had to wait a while for our rooms but we just chilled out in the lounge area. Rooms are basic but spacious with good air con. Great big lockers so can store everything. Secruity is good with secruity gate and staff 24hrs. Nice relaxed atmosphere, staff were very helpfull and gave us good advice. We wanted to go and see Aryton Senna grave, the guy on reception really helped us to get there, without him we never would of found it! Breakfast is not provided but there are lots of little supermarkets nearby and the kitchen is well stocked and really clean so make good use of the kitchen. There are plenty of bathrooms and toilets so you never have to wait. Trendy bars and places to eat nearby but we were on a budget so we did go to any. Would recommend this hostel
