Stayed at this hotel this weekend as I went to Lollapalooza Brazil Festival.
Nice low budget hotel with 20 floors but 4 elevators. So going to and from apartament isn't a problem.
Fast service and great location near to Avenida Paulista.
Parking is for free and for R$ 10,00 there's a nice breakfast.
The room is the smaller i've ever been but that's the idea of this kind of hotel.
Cleaning service wasn't good. There was a lot of hair in one of the beds.

Room Tip: Say at the highest floors because of the street noise.

If you're not expecting too much from a hotel, and just want somewhere to stay on an overnight trip or when passing through São Paulo, which can be intimidating, this is a good option. Start with the good garage and parking service - leaving your car on the street can be dicey. Easy access on a major city road if you're driving. Also taxis easily available in front. Hotel lobby is clean, bright, and check-in simple, paying in advance, staff helpful despite evening crush. Best to book as it is a very popular overnighter because of the good rates. Buffet breakfast, not included, is reasonable and taken in an ample room with a view to vegetation. Rooms are fine, clean, perhaps only the essentials, but this is why you are here. Not noisy in my opinion. Overall, you get what you need to have a good sleep and head on.

Room Tip: Definitely non-smoking, you're given a choice at check-in.

The sound insulation of the hotel is very poor. The hotel is located near to the main road, i could not sleep well due to the noise of traffic. Anyway, the room is clean. Hope the hotel can improve the sound insulation of room.

Just the essential, but very well located and with all you need for a good night's sleep after a busy day.
Even if you don't want to buy food from the hotel convenience store, you're very close to a supermarket, drug stores, restaurants, pizzerias and bars.
The room is very simple, but functional. Air conditioner is silent and effective. The most important feature is the silence. The rooms acoustically treated so you can rest and sleep even in a busy and noisy city like São Paulo.
The only real drawback are the pillows. They are clumpy and uncomfortable.

This hotel is supposed to be a budget hotel - it used to be branded as Formule 1, the most economical hotel from Accor Hotels. Despite it, I paid R$150 per night (about US$ 75).

The room had an incredibly strong cigarette smell. Contacting front desk, all they said was 'there is nothing we can do, as the hotel is being renewed.'

Room Tip: If you don't like cigarette smell, avoid this hotel

We had to relocate here after our extending our stay in Sao Paulo and could not find a decent hotel (at a reasonable price) in the Jardins area. For only two nights, this was fine. But would not recommend for a longer stay if you have a better budget.

Like all Formule 1/Ibis Budget hotels, the rooms are very basic and hard to swing a cat (let alone have two suitcases open at the same time). But you know what you are getting. Decent showers, a reasonably satisfying breakfast (for only an extra 10 Real), and the convenience of a store in the lobby for buying drinks and snacks. They don't overcharge for this (much better value than mini-bars at other hotels) and Internet Wifi is only 3 Real a day - considering most hotels in Sao Paulo charge up to 30 Real this is ideal.

The most surprising aspect is a hotel at this price so close to the heart of Jardins. If you need a hotel for a night or two, don't care too much about added extras, and need to be in this area, you can't go wrong.
