I stayed here for 2 nights, the purpose of our stay was because we were attending the Formula One, Grand Prix weekend.
This has the feel of a business hotel, the reception are friendly and try hard to help however you will need to speak Portugese or use a translator for any detailed requests or advice. The location is on a main road and not very close to anywhere. There are no restaurants near by but there are a couple of supermarkets and a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk away. We needed to go around 25km to get to the Grand Prix and to get there we had to get 2 buses (a total of 2 hours) therefore it wasn’t particularly well based for us.
The rooms are split into two, half is the ‘living room’ and the other half is the bedroom. They are both good sizes. The bathroom is also a good size, it has a powerful shower with hot water and the toilet has a very effective flush, something which is unusual in Brazil!
The wifi is not free (11R for 24 hours or you can pay per minute). This is the first place I've had to pay for wifi so far on my trip and it is the worst service I've received! It hardly worked and when it did it was incredibly slow. We ended up complaining because out of the 24 hours we...I stayed here for 2 nights, the purpose of our stay was because we were attending the Formula One, Grand Prix weekend.

The room service menu is the same menu in the hotel ‘restaurant’ and also the same price so you can decide to eat in your room or in the restaurant. The choice is limited, especially for vegetarians, most of the food is either steak or chicken based. We ordered sandwiches on both the nights we stayed because we couldn’t find any restaurants in the area. They were reasonably priced and not as bad as we were expecting them to taste, they did the job for a short stay.
The breakfast is by far the best bit of this hotel. It is extremely generous; there is a great deal to choose from! I was very full after and impressed with the selection on offer: Cakes, eggs, bread, cheeses, ham, yogurts, fresh coffee, juice … the list is endless.
I don’t expect I will ever be coming to this destination again, unless I go to the Brazilian Grand Prix again. If I were to get tickets in the future I might try to find somewhere slightly better located. I didn’t exactly explore the area or the areas surrounding it so I am not entirely sure what would be bringing people here. However if you do find yourself in this area, then this hotel is a good place to stay. It is kept clean and the...More
