The hotel is new (I was told it was built for next 2014 World Cup). It is a perfect example of a hotel for business travelers: medium size rooms, very tidy and clean, but with no luxury. The size of the bathroom is really big in comparison with the room. The bed is a 2 metres bed (really nice). I was at the first story (second for Brazilians) and it was really quiet. It faced the swimming pool (it is litlle) and an empty camp. The fitness center is beside the swimming pool, and when I went to check it, it was really hot. Breakfast is ok. Perhaps they can include more fruits, keeping in mind that it is Brazil. One night I had dinnner at the hotel and the buffet was right. I would recommend the hotel for someone who needs to go to work in the industrial area of Sao Paulo and does not want to suffer its traffic.
I would recommend the staff hotel to air the corridors: I had the feeling that clean air is not a common thing there.
And please, don't use shampoo with conditioner all together. For women with long hair it is like hell.
