Stayed here for 3 nights. Found the hotel to be clean. Staff were very helpful. There's a restaurant in the lobby and 24hr room service which was very reasonable. No shops or anything nearby though. Shuttle bus to the airport runs hourly.

***Wired internet available in bedrooms but wifi only available in the lobby***

location is very handy for the airport. Rooms were big and clean. Buffet dinner was fine. Shuttle service to and from the airport is good although the evening schedule could be more frequent. We had to wait over an hour for the bus to bring us to the hotel. Overall it is good for the location.

This is an OK hotel. Only spent one night here when our flight to São Paulo from Lima arrived late at night and left the next afternoon for Rio. We phoned the hotel prior to arrival to arrange where we would get the free airport shuttle and in fairness to the the staff member we spoke to the shuttle was right where she said it would be and getting to the hotel was pretty hassle free. Given that it was midnight we were very grateful for this. However, the shuttle was very full and didnt have enough room for all the passenger luggage and so the excess was transported on the front seats and in the aisle. Not very safe!!! We were also given a room with 2 single beds despite booking a double bed. We were too tired to argue so didnt complain. The breakfast was not included in the room rate and was not very good. Wifi only in the main areas, not in the rooms. We couldnt get the shuttle the next day back to the airport as, oddly, it went with way too early or way too late so had to pay for a taxi who definitely took us circuitous route!!

GOL put us here for a night due to a cancelled flight including all meals. The dinner and breakfast buffets were pretty good, missed lunch as we went into town. There is a bus station nearby and you can get bus 552 to Armenia Metro Station and then use the metro to get around, we went to the zoo and then the Sunday craft market at Praca da Republica. Room was decent, clean and had free wifi which is basically all I need from an airport hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, told us how to use the local bus.

Hotel close to the airport. Fine for one night stay. They do have an airport shuttle bus that leaves the hotel on the hour. We arrived too late at night so shuttle bus was not running. We took a taxi. Room small but clean. We had an early morning flight to Rio the following morning so we decided on this hotel. Hotels in Brazil quite expensive.

Arrived at hotel tired after an 18 hour trip, it has been the longest check in of my life.Firstly, my booking was not in their system even though I had booked months ahead. They had already charged my credit card half the amount, one month prior to my stay. This was also not in their system, and they wanted to charge me the full amount. It was suggested I had stayed here the month prior and that's what that charge was for. I told them to check my passport for entries into Brazil. Avoid this hotel

This is an airport hotel. Only reason to stay here is closeness of Sao Paolo Guarulhos airport. This hotel is far from everything else so if you are on a holiday, go somewhere else.

Breakfast cost extra. Elevator didn't work. Rooms door didn't stay closed.
