it is a place with a definite local flavor, right next to the Guarulos Intl. airport and many of the offices on the north side of Sao Paulo. Best part of the hotel was free wifi everywhere, compared to many other hotels in the area who charge $10 - $20/day for using internet in your room, bit of a rip off scheme. their buffet restaurant was very good for breakfast (incl.), Buffet was alright for dinner, although they had a very nice restaurant with a very delectable menu and quite reasonable prices.

I just love this hotel!!!!!!!, ,
The music at the lobby is very relaxing and inside the bedroom you barely ear noise.
Food is amazing...........
I truly advice the breakfast. ;)
Solo if you are going to have a night stop at Guarulhos Int Airport.... You can sleep at this hotel and you are going to enjoy a really nice rest.

Had a 12 hr layover so I decided to stay at this hotel rather than kill time at the airport.
Good move.
Had enough time to try the bar. Successful.
Stopped by the restaurant where they were serving what appeared to be a varied buffet.
Asked for a menu and was advised it was buffet only.
Wasn't in the mood for a buffet, so the very pleasant hostess directed me to the restaurant next door.
Just what I was looking for.
Ordered Black bean soup for a starter and Short Ribs as the main dish.
Overall a reasonably quiet dinner.
Headed back to the nicely appointed room for a few hours of shuteye.
The following morning, a very short cab ride to the airport to catch my flight

Only gripes:
Check in. Seemed very confused behind the counter and took longer than it should have.
Wakeup call. A good 10 minutes AFTER the requested. Not good if you are tight on time.

Room Tip: Had a room facing the "back" of the hotel (towards the airport) So I didn't hear any...

I am frustrated with my experience at Caesar's. For Caesar hotel this one is not keeping the standards.
The rooms are bery old and the plumbing is not working well.
The cleanness is not great because is lost in the room conditions.
The service is good and the shuttle to the airport is convenient.

To spend an overnight, I usually choose Marriot or Cesar Park. Both are close to the airport and they provide a shuttle service as well from the airport every 20/30 min. This time, for a good price, I decided for Cesar Park. It is a nice area, but I never have enough time to explore more than the restaurant as I usually stay overnight. The room is regular. it is clean and breakfast is okay as well. I stayed overnight in 2012, but this time I thought they improved the breakfast options and services overall. Everything worked well for my quick stop.

I checked in this morning and was hoping to get some sleep before an evening flight. Unfortunately I was assigned a room right next to the atrium and the elevator. On the plus side the screaming children and blaring music from the lobby almost drown out the constant ding from the elevator! Breakfast was ok but definitely not worth the $30. Location is also horrible with nothing within walking distance.

I made a reservations to stay at the hotel on july 9 to be able to easily catch a morning flight. rates on line were higher than by calling the hotel. i saved almost 1/3 by calling the hotel directly. once i got to the hotel the staff (other than one person at the front desk ) was unaware that for most new computer or telephone or i pad or kindles, you do not need a transformer to use the outlets, hoewever, i was brought a transofrmer and even with the transformer, the plugs did not work. so i wasted almost a good hour trying to get my equipment to work. there were few and poor amentities in the room: the only informational was about food and room service. there wasnt even a comment card, and in this day and age and price range, even for the convenience of the hotel staff, there was no coffee maker.. this is for a room that cost me $275.00 dollars US! the bathroom floor and shower floor is slippery marble. there is no bidet, but there was a hose attached to the toilet to be used as a bidet and once you turned the water on, the floor got flooded. the shower is large however the showerhead is on one side the shelf for a piece of soap and a shampoo was at the other end that required that you walk on wet marble to reach the soap.this is a potentail slip and fall accident waiting to happen. MY intention was to make comment on a comment card. i was told that the hotel has no comment cards, they didnt use any, and that if i wanted to make a comment, i should write it on a piece of stationery, however there was no stationery in the room. when i went to the front desk, i was given a single piece of stationery and had to ask for an envelope. I was told no manager was on duty, but that they would give my comments to the manager. I requested that i receive a followup:i left my name , address, phone number, email address and to this date, I have not ever received an acknowlegement! The music playing throughout the lobby is intrusive, loud and does not fit the atmosphere of the hotel. somebody should sit and listen. for sure this is not either a four or 5 star property, for sure they know nothing about customer service. the only person who was attentive was a staff member in the breakfast room. at 5am, i went down to ask if i could purchase just a cup of coffee as i was not interested in consuming a hige breakfast at that hour in the morning. the answer was no, i could not, but he was nice enough to give me a papercup with some coffee in it. the next time i trael trough sao paulo and come through the guarulhos airport that requires a very early flight necessitating a stay over to avoid traffic, i will stay at another hotef for less money. te caesar park name and service is sullied by the service offerred at this hotel and by the pullman management.
