What a great place to enjoy this absolutely beautiful beach after the hustle and bustle of the big city in São Paulo. Literally step across the street and you are on a perfectly large sand beach. They provide you with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge, or you can relax at their beautiful rooftop pool with their bar. We found their staff to be extremely helpful and several of them spoke decent English, which is not common around here. They went out of their way to help us with a variety of issues - opening bottles of wine, finding another hotel to stay at locally, and helping us find restaurants. Paolo in particular really went out of his way to help us call back to Sao Paolo at the front desk to some friends and to get us silverware and dinner plates late at night so we could eat our leftovers from the huge local dinners in their breakfast area. Have nothing to say bad about this place!

I had read reports of noise at this hotel, so was expecting that. However, noise levels were low, except for one night when people in a neighbouring building were making some noise. I had taken earplugs with me and this soon solved the problem. All other aspects were great. The rooftop pool area is fantastic, with great views and good bar service at reasonable cost. The rooms are not large, but very comfortable and clean with very powerful air conditioning. The beach opposite was great. Front desk staff very friendly. Free wifi internet worked well. Breakfast was good. Very happy with this hotel and would stay again.

Room Tip: Avoid rooms at the very back as the neighbours at the rear can be a little noisy

The hotel is lovely. Beautiful furniture, great shower and comfortable beds. If I could just mention something about the towels, there were a little old. I loved my stay over there. Definitely going back to the Falls

A fairly new hotel with a lot attention to detail what one would miss in other hotels (e.g. a lot of storage space in the bath room, light, power plugs,...). Depending on what you are seeking it might be a little far off.

Biggest downside is that basically every room's door is towards the lobby. Although, there is a lot of signs to keep silence after 10pm, noise is unavoidable in case of late arrivals or during the weekend when people coming home late. Even just the receptionists talking to each other can be heard in some of the rooms and wake/keep you up. So bring your ear plugs!

Also, the space for the breakfast buffet is limited. It might happen that if you want to toast your bread that you have to wait until other guest's are ready with getting scrambled eggs...

The hotel has direct access to the beach, which is great as there are so many others where you have to walk at least a block to get to the beach. The breakfast is plentiful, although the breakfast area is quiet small. The roof pool is good and there is a small bar there for drinks. The walls of the rooms are incredibly thin, resulting in it being quite noisy and difficult to sleep, even though there are signs which say you should be quiet after 10pm. There were quite a few ants in our bathroom, not so nice! Make sure that you check your bill at the end of your stay, we were charged for items which we did not have from the pool bar. This is not the first time that this has happened to us in Brazil. So my advise it to check every bill thoroughly when you stay in hotels in Brazil!

Room Tip: If you can afford it, get one of the rooms with a full view of the beach.

Excellent service and location, great sitting in the pool with the view of the beach, caiparinha in one hand and Cohiba in the other.
Friendly service and the cold champagne during check-in helps to ease the way into the mood of being on the beach after leaving the city.

One of the best hotels in the area.

My daughter (19) and I spent three days in this real three stars hotel, the newest hotel in Guarujá.
It's small, nicely built, facing the ocean, although just one room right at the front (and the most expensive one). Comfortable beds, very clean all over, nice swimming pool at the roof, sauna, wi-fi service throughout the building (no extra charge) garage at no extra charge, beach umbrellas and towels (no extra charge), reasonable breakfast (no bacon (sausages instead), only two juices to chose from and rather few fruits (being in Brazil one would expect a wider varietty). Only two negative remarks: breakfast is served until 10:00 am, meaning that at 10:00 am the restaurant crew takes all food and beverage away, so, make sure you get there at 9:45 am, the latest. Also, there is no late check-out, so make sure you ask for the bill at 12:00 noon, the latest, at he risk of being charged for another per-diem. OBS.: all rooms are non smoking (all rooms have smoke detectors) and this is not publicised at the hotel site. OBS2: book the hotel through BOOK.COM, DECOLAR or TRIP ADVISOR. Booking directly at the hotel is 1/3 more expensive.
