His story begins in 1967, the Mini Shopping Iguatemi, as House of Cheese and Wine. Over time customers started asking evening wine and cheese and then came the idea of opening a restaurant. In 1969, it opened in Campos do Jordao, in a house that was across the current location. It was the first restaurant fondues and raclettes city. At the time, the cheese fondue was canned in Switzerland and had to be mixed with national cheese to please the tastes of Brazilians. With the acquisition of the house, where today stands the only cheese, construction of the new building was all prepared already thinking about environmental preservation, for it was used sleepers for the railway, and several other antiques that today are true relics and add one all special charm to their environments.
