Owner description: Amantikir is a park with gardens inspired by the culture of various parts of the world, to be enjoyed in the four seasons, all year round. Come and walk barefoot, spend pleasant hours, take many wonderful photos and listen to everything that nature has to tell you. A refuge for those who believe in man's need to return to his origins, living in health and well-being. Step on the grass, listen to birdsong, BREATHE and RELAX! A leisure and culture option for visitors to Campos do Jordão and the Serra da Mantiqueira, just two hours from the city of São Paulo.

This is a great work done by the owners. There are so many sort of species and gardens, inspired by me than 10 counties's cultures! I've missed just one topic: information. There's certainly a huge work behind this beautiful place, regarding curiosities, how to make species from several continents work together and adapt them into cities weather, landscaping theories, etc. No one explains and there's no folder. Anyway, it's worth visiting it.

Finding the place was not entirely easy as the signs leading to the Amantikir Gardens only appear once you are already on the right route. The address they give on their flyer is "Estrada Municipal Paulo Costa Lenz Cesar, 186" but neither google maps nor our car navigation system could make any sense of that. The coordinates are: S 22.7754709 W 45.6008868
The gardens are well worth a visit and are very nicely done and maintained, including a maze. In Britain I might not feel like mentioning this private park but in Brasil you won't find many such places. Botanical specialists seeking rare specimens however will be disappointed as the plant variety is not very large and you will mostly find either european plants or stuff you can buy in any other Brazilian garden center. Still, we enjoyed spending a couple of hours at Amantikir!

very expensive place (25,00) per person just to entry. good idea from the owner, it is ecological and bring us to preserve atlantic forest, but austriac and french gardens sounds like a joke

Nice place for a stroll. Overall well kept gardens and with great views over the surrounding landscape - it sits on a hill top.

Most gardens are amusing. Just a few are a bit boring.

I'd recommend to get lost in the English garden maze.

This place has lots of different flowers and beautiful gardens. Nice to take some clean mountain air, enjoy some sightseeing, taking some nature pictures... It also has a nice view of the Valley. It has a little shop for souvenirs too... Just lacks a coffee or sweets shop to be completed. Nice walk, enjoyable tour.
