“Excellent japanese food”
Reviewed May 30, 2012

Kindai is a japanese restaurant located in Hotel Vitoria. The food is excellent, the service is very good, the place is very pleasant, spacious and clear. There is a view to a park across the street, and the ample glass windows block the street noise. If somebody in your group does not like japanese food, they have other excellent options.

“The correct place for a GOOD japanese food”
Reviewed February 16, 2012

Service is very good, in a very cozy atmosphere, prices are very reasonable, and the "all you can eat" system, in the middle of the week has a VERY good price.

“Great Sushi”
Reviewed December 11, 2011

I have been here many times. There are several sushi restaurants in Campinas, this the best one. Start by having the chinese mushrooms (shumasy) They come in tin foil, basically mushrooms thinly sliced in soy sauce and other spices. Really good. Usually if you are with a group you can get the chefs choice for the table. They will prepare a large selection of sushi to suit the number of dinners. This is excellent and differs every time I go. A lot of different types I have never seen anywhere else. They also make great Caprihinias, ask for the Espirido da minas cachaca, one of the best in Brazil. If you don't specify a cachaca that you know in Brazil, as a foreigner, you will probably get a very cheap type. It is very much like tequila, many grades and prices. Great deserts also, the flaming banana is my favourite.
