In my opinion it's very good hotel. I was there in my business trip. The staff was very helpfull and speak a good english what is very important in Brazil. The breakfast was delicious and restaurant offered a different kinds of meals. This hotel is a very good place and I recomend to stay in.

Nothing to report
The hotel was in accordance with description on the website. In the average of a Radisson Brand. The food at the restaurant was good and the breakfast with a lot of choice. A good moment for a business trip.

Have stayed very often at the Radisson Alphaville. Close to the hotel you can find a couple of good (Brazilian) restaurants. All staff members are always very friendly and accommodating. The standard rooms are clean, however "are tired" and need desperate updating, try to get an upgrade to some of the refurbished rooms. Breakfast buffet has a nice spread of food, barkeeper makes excellent caipirinhas.

I have been at Radisson Alphaville very often in the last years but I do not see any refurbishment of rooms and corridors over the years. Many doors are in bad shape and old. Rooms are kept clean by personnel but floor carpets need a change.
Restaurant very good and breakfast is excellent. Personnel is always very kind and helpful

The bathroom condition was really poor. There was mold around the bathtub, and the showerhead was worn out. Either too much or not enough water.

Breakfast was great, and the service received from the hotel staff was too.

The windows did not close properly. Traffic noise was too high during the night.
