Took a co-worker there at around 7pm. The sunset was specially a bonus. The restaurant got packed only around 9 or 10pm so we had a few hours of great lounge music while we snacked and sipped on scotch.
The CHEF owner "Alison" stopped by and suggested some starters that were absolutely great (pesto squid among others). We got charged a fair price there.
I suggest you get a table outside and look at the weather beforehands -- if the sky is clear, make it for the sunset.
