This hotel is a great property. It's made of of multiple buildings, but they are close enough to get around easily, but also give the impression of a much larger resort. It had a cool layout.

There is a nice pool and play area for the children.

The restaurant (pub) on site is really good. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is really nice and the staff are super helpful. They were very patient with me - someone who doesn't speak english very well.

This also applies to the reception staff - very helpful and very friendly.

The rooms are nice. Decorated appropriately for Gramado. Not issues with the shower, TV or heat in the room.

This hotel is also located very close to the main street in Gramado. Only a 5 min walk, and you have access to restaurants and shops.

Highly recommended!

I AM currently staying here and havê to confirm as others reviewers that this is a very nice hotel here in Gramado.

Its located on a few blocks apart of downtown, this gives you a good sleep and noise less environment.

Rooms are comortable with enough room for tour luggage, bathrooms are nice, good water pressure on shower, and comfortable beds.

Free parking and independente access to room, you dont need to pass by the frontdesk each time you go in and out.

Breakfast is delicious and with good variety, has a thermal pool and others facilities.

This hotel gives you a good value for less money in gramado.

It was just for the weekend in one of the most charming winter destinatioons in Brazil, yet, enough for catching some impressions of this which is considered one of the best hotels in Gramado, South Brazil.
First positive fact was the proximity of the hotel site to downtown where most of the good fondue restaurants and wine shops are. Food and drinks were fine. It was a bit sad to know the bar closes at 11pm when many people just get started,

The whole structure is a bit spread out over a huge area and that leads tourists to walk some hills up and down. The main reception desk, for instance, is apart from the main accomadation buildings. The hotel has small but clean and nice facilities which include a sauna and a hit swimming pool.
As for the rooms, I stayed in one of the most expensive ones which was a lot big. TVs were kinda small and they should invest some more money in furniture. I had troubles with the tube. It wasn' t working properly, especially in what regards to water runoff.

Employess were kind and helpful.

Room Tip: As soon as you enter check if everything works well.

Everything was perfect about our stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was always more then I expected. Both indoor and outdoor pool was a perfect place to relax. Front desk spoke English which made me feel so welcome. Would come back in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!!!

I only have positive memories about this hotel. The place itself is kept very well and the service is great. Gramado is a beautiful area to explore and Recanto is undoubtedly a very pleasant place to stay.
