I stayed at Hotel Safari for 4 nights during World Cup 2014. Even during this busy time in the city and at the hotel, I was extremely impressed by the hospitality of the staff. They made us feel like family and were always there to help with any questions that arose.

The rooms are reasonably priced and are of a decent size, clean, have an electronic safe and even have a small balcony. The location of the hotel is just a 3 minute walk from the beautiful ponta negra beach and a 3 minute walk up the hill to a street full of bars and restaurants. I look forward to visiting Natal and Hotel Safari again in the future!

P.S. Make sure to do a dune buggy tour while in Natal! It is an incredible way to explore the area

I would rate the hotel facilities themselves as just average, but it is the service and staff that pushes me to rate this hotel as very good. The rooms are air conditioned which is important in Natal. The bathroom and shower facilities are tight. You should bring your own shower products as all you get is a small bar of soap. The breakfast is not bad. In terms of advice and support, the staff were fantastic. The wifi is good considering that it is hit and miss in many hotels of this class. The location is superb, just a block away from the beach. Overall, this is a good option in Natal.

Hotel Safari offers good tourist class accommodation in Ponta Negra. The location on a quiet street just a short walk away from the beach is pretty good.

Rooms are clean and basic, nothing really speacial, but totally ok and worth the price.
Hotel has a rustic decoration, which gives it a nice charm, especially in the public areas.

I stayd only 1 night (on transit) and if I should state a negative point it would be the lack of soundproof, as in the morning you can easily hear the other guests talking or walking in the corridor. The most positive experience of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which is tasty and has a large variety of option.

Would I stay again...Yes, I would.

It´s not a bad choice, but not a great one either. I chose because of the pool, but it is very small and I ended up not using it. Pros: good location, nice (but not great) breakfast with eggs, clean room, good ar conditioning, cable tv, friendly staff. Cons: decoration is getting old in the lobby and outside the rooms; inside the room there is no decoration at all; old furniture, shower is hot, but not strong. I would recommend this hotel if you only need the basic and also get a good price.
