Brilliant hotel with a brilliant service. All the receptionist (Nicholas C.; Ariedson D.; Giovanne T.; Rodrigo V.; Sabrina S and Raphael D) are just amazing. I really like that most of it speaks english, so i could communicate with them as wel :) They are realy helpful, if we needed something, we called them within 5 mins was everything sorted.
The breakfast was beautiful with again a really nice staff there. I would mention Lucy; Danyel M and the manager(I dont know his name). I think they are just super. Room was always organized, cleaning every day. We just loved to stay there. When I`ll be back to Natal, definitely gonna stay in this hotel. And I would reccomend to anyone. Its really good price, and the service is just like in the 5+ stars hotel (I dont get it why its only 4). Close to the beach, close to the shopping. Is just brilliant.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel in June 2017 while on a business trip. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful; room was very comfortable with view of beach; food in restaurant was very good (but like most restaurants in Brazil, fast services is not part of the culture); breakfast was good but not exceptional. Beach is 5 minute walk away. Area is reportedly safe for walking until around midnight but we never went walking after 9:00.

Room very luxurious but unfortunately most of the front desk staff does not speak English nor Spanish, neither the waiters. Two small swimming pools right next to the main street. There are better options in Ponta Negra.

+ Great VIEW
+ Efficient and friendly STAFF
+ BIG room
+ Brand NEW hotel
+ Good VALUE for money

- working KINKS eg lack of hot water due to "air bubbles" (but worked quickly to fix it) - few power outlets (for recharging eg, had to unplug a lamp)
