Stayed here 2 nights for business.
The hotel is located quite far from downtown, however its embedded with Nova America shopping mall which made it very convenient. I dont speak a single Portuguese, so finding a food in mall is much easier.
The shopping mall itself is connected to metro station, so all and all these hotel is quite ok.
The staff, I have to say, not very friendly for visitor. They just provide a basic information, and if you asked more information, they a bit reluctant to provide it. I dont think language is the issues, maybe somebody is having not so good day.
The room is Ibis standard, and they only provide 1 soap. Be prepared to bring ur own amenities.

It was excellent the service that I received from the receptionists Bárbara and Thais. They were very effective and offered. The facilities are important but what makes a hotel different are its staff!

Stayed overnight as hotels at airport had horrible reviews.
It was clean, basic, but efficient for one night.
Staff cordial, although with passport copies, ppwk and all admin, checkin was a bit slow.

If you're taking uber, meet driver at level 2 porta C and call uber from there.
Give them full address and tell them it's INSIDE the Shopping Nova America. If drop off less than 15 minutes, free parking, else you need to pay parking.

For shopping great, if you have time, but not a neighborhood you want to hang about. Please get UBER if in Brazil. Get a local sim card and use that as your login/account.

Uber is the best way to get around but they don't speak English...
just write address on paper and show it to them.

Good place to stay when need to be close to airport. Not luxury, but basic. Breakfast included, basic too...

Even for the low standard of Ibis this hotel is overpriced and very bad. Staff is not friendly, room is very small. The worst is the bed. The mattress is 5 cm thick. Minibar is empty like all Ibis at least in Brazil. Towels on bathroom are discussing and very small.
Not worth by the price you pay. Only nice thing is the attached shopping mall with many good restaurants.

Room Tip: not sure if any good bed on this hotel
