The chef, an experienced and yet young talent, Paulo Goes brings his experience from stages and work in such places as Mugaritz, DOM, Eñe, Marriott Rio de Janeiro, as well as the genetics of his brilliant mother, the perfect Maria Victoria, who is currently the gastronomic coordinator of Bar D'Hotel, in Marina Suites Hotel, in Rio.
