With the high prices in all Rio hotels This is a great place to stay. The apartments are Very modern, well equiped. Wifi, HD TV, barthroom and kitchen modern and with all You need. A good place to stay with family. On the heart of Leblon. 2 blocks from the beach. Safe place, on a calm zone of the city. The hotel just have one little problem. The elevators. You have to get all patient in world. There are only 2 elevators for a big bulding. 17 floors. And they work seperetly... The pool is smal But is in the top of the bulding. Take your câmeras the view is amazing. All in all great time on This place on a wonderfull city

Can be price or not, depending when, but it's always a great location and the average Mercure service, so it's a "safe choice". Rio is all about location, and this one is really good. 1 block from the beach, and a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars of the area.

I really enjoy this hotel, where I've been for several times this last year.

Its rooms are always clean and have plenty of space.

The location is my preferred in Rio, with several great restaurants, malls and stores at walking distance.

The breakfast is the week-point here, with very poor quality for a high price. If you have time, there are several good bakeries for breakfast in the surroundings. With more time yet? The "The Bakers" in Copacabana.

Room Tip: move away from the rooms ending with -A or -B.

First of all we were not so happy taht the Hotel was togheter with privat appartments. Gast and other people were always on waiting for the Lift. The Hotel was on building( reconstruction) and we have not desconts for that.
The rooms are confortable with a big kitchen but there are not suficient cooking utensils.

Room Tip: apartment with 2 bedrooms.

Good location but the worst hotel facilities, staff and price asked for the services. The photos are there to prove it! One could not sleep with a strong humidity smell all over the room. Inside the wardrobe all drawers were falling down and doors were broken. It was a small and very tine room, different from the one we really booked in the internet, with not enough place for 2 peaces of luggage. We have asked the staff to give us a proper room with no reaction from them whatsoever...and after some time they told us that the hotel was fully booked and they could not do anything...The electricity and cables installations in the room were very dangerous, the room service was inexistent , the front desk staff were inactive and indifferent of your needs, the room walls were falling apart and down, the air conditioning was noisy and mal functioning , the elevators were always broken taking long time to go up and down...etc.
One would be better lodged in the "Favelas"!!!!!

Room Tip: Get a lucky star!!!!!!!
