Hotel was recommended by our travel company and we thought it was a good choice. Located right on the beach at Rio. Good breakfast with lots of fresh fruit. Didn't think it was that expensive for drinks and food generally. Concierge very helpful and recommended some good places to eat. Rooms decent size and we had a good view of the beach.

Stayed here for a few days in December with a couple of friends. This is a top class hotel on the Copa Cabana Beech. Well worth the extra money compared to other Hotels on the strip. Very friendly staff always willing to advise re Restaurants etc.

Room Tip: Got a room overlooking the Copa Cabana - excellent.

The hotel vas excelent, the view from the room marvelous all Copacabana is in front of you. Service very good and excelent breakfast.
So why to spoil and charge for internet? No free internet in loby or in rooms, they charge expensive rate per minute!

HINT:
Go outside the main doors and you will find plenty of free wi fi, with good quality.
Shame on them! This is the reason why they get only 4 stars in my review!

Stayed here four nights with my family. Very nice hotel in a great location on Copacabana Beach. Very friendly staff. Great value for price, especially given that the buffet breakfast was included and was very nice (lots of selection, good quality). There are two pools- a larger one near the beach on the fourth floor and a rooftop infinity pool which lets you mix things up a bit. They also provide a chair, towel and umbrella service on the beach which is great because there are no private beaches for hotels in the area and the beaches are quite busy.

Room Tip: Ocean view is nice, but louder than other rooms.

First of all, Txs. TRIPADVISOR for help me to choose my hotels everywhere I need to travel.! I decided to go to WINDSOR ATLANTICA for my vacations at Rio de Janeiro and I did a good choice.! I traveled with my baby girl and my wife and we are happy with the Hotel and its staff. Very nice and comfortable room (i stayed at "Superior Plus King"). It was clean, the bathroom was clean and had spacious, same for the room, quite spacious.
Breakfast was very very good.! A lot of fruit and delicious food.! Beach was just in front of the hotel. You can have service at the beach from Windsor (i mean towels and chairs). The hotel staff at the beach and at the Hotel is quite helpful. I did not find any issue with the location of the Hotel, it is located between Atlantica a Princess avenue so you are well connected.
Certainly I 'll book this hotel again for my next trip to Rio. May be you can find a cheaper one hotel in Rio but I was with my family and the money was worth paying.
